About the Company:

Wilson Disability Care is a unique family-owned business offering a range of services for NDIS Clients and their families. We have offices located in Hobart, Tasmania and Gold Coast, Queensland, offering our services to clients Australia wide. Wilson Disability Care takes the time to know our clients individually, enabling us to provide a superior, personalised service to every client.

About the Manager:

LeeAnn has 15 years in the disability industry as a support worker. In the last 5 years, she became an NDIS Registered Provider as a support worker. More recently, LeeAnn has expanded to include employment of support staff and providing payroll services to clients.

Our Services

Wilson Disability Care offers clients and their families the ability to locate and hire their own support staff. We are Registered NDIS Providers, so we can assist Self Managed, Plan Managed and Agency Managed clients. You can choose your staff, your way. It could be a family friend with a special connection to the client, a teacher’s aide at your child’s school, or a student completing their training. The choice is yours.

 

Wilson Disability Care employs your staff, giving them a sense of stability in the face of emergencies (i.e. National Health Disasters like COVID-19). Wilson Disability Care assists clients and their families to maintain control over the staff who are working with our clients, the tasks staff perform and the hour’s staff work.

Payroll

Providing payroll services and assistance is our core business.

Examples of The Services Staff Provide Include:

Community Participation

We support clients to participate in activities within the community.

Develop life skills

Help develop skills to assist in independent living.

Personal Daily Care

Assistance with daily routines like showering, dressing, toileting etc.

Recreation Activities

Assist in participation in any activity client driven.

Assist Life Stage Transition

Short or long term support as required i.e. help a client return home after a hospital stay.

Household tasks

Cleaning, gardening, laundry and general help around the home.

Work Alongside Your Care Team 

Provide help with exercise programs given by OT. Water therapy wound care etc.

Travel Assistance

Travel to and from appointments, shopping or we can even accompany you to your holiday destinations.

We can also find staff for you in your local area.

Immediately! Once you have chosen your support workers, they can begin supporting you! Wilson Disability Care will take care of all the administrative paperwork for your support staff, including Tax Declarations, Superannuation and Personal ID Cards.
