Onsite Services and Amenities
Respite Care (Short Term)
The Hub House includes two comfortable bedroom spaces available for short-term respite care, with one double bed and two single beds. It’s a warm and homely environment where participants can feel safe, supported and relaxed.
On-Site Offices
WDC management have an office located within the Hub House and are available on site for enquiries, support and collaboration. At WDC, we’re proud to offer more than just a space — we offer a place where goals are nurtured, independence is encouraged, and every achievement is celebrated.
Allied Health & Assessments
The Hub can also be utilised for allied health appointments and functional capacity assessments, providing a practical, comfortable and supportive setting for therapeutic services.
Sensory Spaces, Craft, Games & More
Our Hub is designed with regulation and fun in mind. Inside you’ll find a large cloud sac, crash mat, weighted blankets, mellow mat and a variety of sensory toys to support emotional regulation. For recreation and social connection, we have a huge array of craft, eight ball, air hockey and games — plus an adult-sized trampoline for even more fun and movement!
Supported Daily Living Skills
The Hub House features an amazing, fully equipped kitchen where cooking, cleaning and everyday living skills can be supported and developed. Visual supports are displayed on cupboards and doors to promote independence and ease of access, helping participants feel confident navigating the space.
