My name is Amy, and I have over eight years of experience in the disability sector across a range of support roles. For the past two-plus years, I’ve worked as an NDIS Support Coordinator, supporting participants, including those with Level 3 complexities, to navigate supports, understand the NDIS, and manage their funding.

My role requires strong problem‑solving skills and often involves working with non‑NDIS services such as health, child safety, the justice system, and the education department. My background includes Client Care in both administrative and frontline capacities as a Shift Leader/Mentor, as well as experience as an allied health assistant supporting occupational therapists and behaviour support practitioners.

This broad, hands‑on background allows me to work creatively with participants and their care teams to navigate the NDIS, address barriers, and manage funding in a way that maximises supports and helps achieve the outcomes that matter most.
