Our Team
Lee-Ann Wilson
Director
Lee-Ann is the Director of Wilson Disability Care and has worked in the disability industry for over 20 years. She began her career as a support worker, gaining valuable hands-on experience before making the decision to establish Wilson Disability Care as a registered NDIS provider.
This move was driven by her desire to create a unique service that focuses on a truly person-centred approach, providing supports tailored to the individual needs and goals of each participant.
Lee-Ann brings valuable lived experience to her role. As a mother in a large family, with several of her children experiencing physical and cognitive disabilities, she has firsthand knowledge of navigating the support system. Through this experience, she encountered services that did not always meet her family’s needs or reflect the type of support she believed families deserved.
Jenny Hill
Assistant Manager
Jenny is the Assistant Manager at Wilson Disability Care and brings many years of experience working across both the education and disability sectors. She holds an Associate Degree in Allied Health and has a strong passion for disability rights, inclusion, and supporting people to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Jenny is dedicated to helping participants achieve their personal goals, build independence, and feel confident participating in their communities. She believes strongly in person-centred support and works closely with participants, families, and staff to ensure everyone feels supported, respected, and valued.
Jenny is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and takes great pride in being part of a team that supports participants to live life to the fullest.
Julie Townsend
Manager
Julie is the Manager of Wilson Disability Care and brings over 20 years of experience in the disability and allied health sectors. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to supporting people with disabilities to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Julie is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that place the individual, their families, and their community at the heart of everything Wilson Disability Care does. She strives to ensure every participant is supported with respect, dignity, and the opportunity to reach — and often surpass — their personal goals.
